Payment and delivery terms

These payment and delivery terms are a supplement to Business terms and they further specify the payment and delivery possibilities and methods. We highly recommend to familiarize yourself with the Sales terms as well.

Delivery terms

Delivery by a carrier nominated by INTREA-PIKO, s.r.o.

• Delivery time -  usually within two to five working days (depending on customer´s location), after the reception of the payment, unless agredd otherwise.
• Delivery address – the address as indicated by the customer in the order form (if not required otherwise in the note).
• Payment term – advance payment by bank transfer.
• Freight cost – will be specified and consulted with you by your INTREA-PIKO, s.r.o. contact person after the reception of your order.

Delivery by your own carrier / organized by you

• Pick-up time – your order will be released from our stock only after the reception of the payment.
• Pick-up place – central stock in Humpolec (Warehouse area DSM, Brunka 64, 39601 Humpolec, Czech Republic) between 6am and 2pm.
• Payment term – advance payment by bank transfer.

Every order will be accompanied by the Invoice and Packing list, which serves as bookkeeping document as well as warranty card, unless agreed otherwise.
In case that the customer requires the EX1 documents to be issues by INTREA-PIKO, s.r.o., he needs to state so in the note.
If the customer is not VAT registered, he is obliged to inform us. We will issue an invoice including the VAT.

Dropshipping (delivery of your order directly to the consumer)

• Available to all partners with EXW Pricelist and Bonus Pricelist A and B.
• Each order dispatched from our stock will be charged €5.
• For verified partners no prior payment needed.
• Credit required from new partners (€1,000 minimum), in the form of pro forma invoice.
• Orders received before 11 AM will be dispatched on the same day.

Do not forget to put „dropshipping“ and the customer address into „Notice to order“ when you place an order in our b2b e-shop.

Payment terms

• advance payment – we require our customers to pay in advance by bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise.

Notes:
We try to make the shipment as economical as possible. Quantities smaller than 7 pieces are usually shipped as parcels, otherwise the goods come on europallets. 1 parcel contains: 1 piece of adult scooter from the wheel size 16“/12“ up (inc. Frida&Fred), 2 pieces of kids scooters or 3 pieces of running bikes.
